Cancelling An Order

Step 1 One

** Cancellations must be made online before 5PM the night before. After the 5PM cutoff, cancellations need to made by text to (416)606-1074 by 8AM the day of delivery with confirmation.

Visual instructions for how to set up your child accounts. Select the child you wish to make the cancellation for from the drop down menu underneath the Dtae (Month and Year) then select the order you wish to cancel. Orders in blue have not been processed and will not be made until they are. If an order stays blue up until 6PM the night before intended Delivery Date, the order will be cancelled and no delivery will be made. If the order is blue, you can still cancel it by clicking on it in your Calendar.

Step 2 Two

Below the order details there will be one of two buttons. If the order has been processed, there will be a 'Cancel Order' button. Selecting this will cancel the order and add the amount as a credit to your account automatically. You can view this amount at Checkout. If the order was not processed yet, then you will see a 'Delete This Order' button. This will remove the order from your Calendar and you will not be charged for it at Checkout. If you have gone through the payment process, but your order is still blue in your Calendar, the order has not been paid for and will simply be deleted from your calendar with no credit required.
